I like food. Especially Chinese food. In my hometown. There are many delicious foods. I come from northeast part of china. My hometown Harbin is famous for ice and snow. So there are many special foods made of ice. Like ‘Tanghulu’.

It’s made of fruit and sugar. It's a special kind of dessert. The second special food in my hometown is The visco-toufu.

It’s also tastes sweets. Now I am studying in the US. It’s a good challenge for me. I must do everything all by myself. I should cook by myself. I should adapt in American food. But there are so many different between Chinese food and American food.
The staple food. American people like to eat bread. Chinese prefer rice and noodle. Main course
Chinese people like difficulty food Something with beef pork or fish.

The boil beef tastes spicy, but it is very delicious! I also like to eat boil fish. We can cook it all by ourselves. American main course is Steak.

Salmon The dessert in chinese and American is nearly the same. Like dessert, icecream. Many different countries have different food. Italy has Italy noodles. Japanese has Sushi. But I like chinese food best.

Do you remember, On Spring Fesival, we cooked Tanghulu for you. It cost us so much time and I think it is not successful enough. So cooking Tanghulu needs many conditions. But I believe all of you like the Tanghulu which we cooked. I know, we all miss it very much. It is a kind of so delicious food. I believe next time it will be better.
In short, we all like Chinese food very much and we will try some more and more delicious food.
